Sherfield Park Community Centre

Sherfield Park Community Centre will be a first class focal point for the residents of Sherfield Park and as we draw nearer to the completion of the centre, we are now inviting interested parties to register their interest in using the facilities on a commercial basis. 

Finally, we have somewhere that brings the whole community together and we can welcome in our friends from neighbouring communities. The range of activities and events are entirely up to you! We hope to see activities ranging from fitness classes, aerobics, pilates, badminton, Cubs, Brownies, lectures, flower arranging, music groups, singing groups, language classes, dancing classes, kids parties... the list is endless! 

The centre opened this Summer and we are now in the process of receiving enquiries from a whole host of people, clubs, societies and small business, wanting to use our wonderful new building.

The large main hall, which will have a semi-sprung-floor, can be used for everything from public meetings to sports and exercise classes.

The Garden Room/Multipurpose Room can be used for smaller meetings, clubs or classes or could be joined together to form a larger space perfect for functions, parties or commercial meetings/seminars.  

Customised area for under fives activities could be used for a toddler group, crèche or nursery. There is a reception area and café, an ideal venue for drop-in sessions and coffee mornings, the centre will also have a fully fitted kitchen. 

The centre will also provide a consulting room and waiting area that could be used for local health and private clinics. The new centre will look out over the playing fields with two sports pitches and provides full changing room facilities and car parking spaces. 

In addition, the centre will provide full facilities for the disabled including toilets in both the main building and sports change rooms together with dedicated parking.
